These are the changes coming with version 2.6.
Note: The team is constantly improving the general performance of the system.
New Features:
- VDT Canvas Update: Financial parent nodes expected trend changes will no longer impact other financial parent nodes.
- Enhanced Cash Flow Table: Added functionality to use keyboard tabbing and arrow keys on cells within the initiatives/idea cash flow table. Further information on Cashflow can be found here: Idea Cashflow
- Value Hound VDT Enhancement: In preparation for an upcoming feature of allowing Constant nodes in a Value Hound VDT to retain their values independently when imported from the VDT library, we have updated the "Node Status Calculation" on the VDT Definition page to display as the 'Primary Value'. This change makes it mandatory to select fields for Actual, Baseline, and Target, ensuring the proper retention of values in the VDT library.
- Browser Refresh Notification: Introduced a banner notification to inform users to refresh their web browser when the application version updates.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Enabled by default for all users except clients using Single Sign-On (SSO). Further information on MFA can be found here: Multi-factor Authentication
Bug fixes:
- Resolved an issue causing the Outstanding Actions Report to load slowly.
- Fixed an issue on the benefit duration slide-out in initiatives/ideas, which was preventing users from manually capturing the benefit start and end dates.
- Fixed an issue where the export of a meeting to PDF did not assign the correct owner to outcomes.
- Fixed an issue where using the back button in an idea/initiative accessed from the Card view navigated back to the pipeline view.
- Fixed an issue in the Workplan where overlapping dates were shown when updating actions/due dates.
- Fixed an issue when copying an approved idea linked to an updated idea definition, where the new roles/stakeholders did not appear on the stakeholder list.
- Fixed an issue in the Idea Definitions setup where clicking the Add button did not work when adding items to the requirement group.
- Fixed an issue where exporting ideas showed incorrect once-off cost values in the financials.
- Fixed an issue where the API did not return ideas with their investment/cash flow data.
- Fixed an issue in the New Cumulative Benefit Report and tooltip, where setting a global currency (other than $) did not display correctly on the y-axis.
- Fixed an issue where the forecast values were not showing on the idea/initiative performance tab.
- Fixed an issue in the Bulk Data Idea API, where errors occurred when parameters were set to true.
- Fixed an issue in the Bulk Ideas API where cancelled ideas were not being returned.
- Fixed an issue where fields on the Idea/Initiative Overview were not functioning correctly when entering, deleting, or editing text.
- Fixed an issue where an idea owner could not update the stakeholders list on the approvals page.
- Fixed an issue where the "Go to KPI" link in the idea/initiative performance tab did not open in a new tab.
- Fixed an issue where adding a new role to the approval checklist in the idea definition did not display on the stakeholder slide-out on the idea/initiative approvals page.
- Fixed an issue where the data shown on Idea Sources and KPI Types in the idea/initiative overview was incorrect when switching sites.
- Fixed an issue where an error occurred when editing a meeting series with external participants.
