If you are unable to locate a user in the Reviewer list while setting up a new RAR series, it is typically because there is already a RAR series that has been established with the same user. The current RAR series is either in active or has been archived.
To check whether the user already exist as a Reviewer, you can:
- Check the existence of an active RAR series associated with the user by locating the user as a Reviewer on the left-hand side panel of the screen.
- Attempt to include the user as a Reviewer in a new RAR Series. The system will notify you that the user you are attempting to add already exists in an archived RAR series. Afterwards, you will be presented with the options to Reactivate the archived RAR series, Create a new one, or Cancel creating the RAR series altogether.
