When PIPware creates a new RAR instance for the next period, actions are included based on the RAR series configuration.

In the configuration of the RAR series, the section for including actions needs to be configured; new actions from the selected areas are then included from these areas.

Changes to the below will only take effect when the next RAR is created.

Criteria for adding actions from the above-selected areas:

• The action should belong to the reviewee
• The action should be "Not Completed"
• The action due date is within the 7 or 14 days of the RAR instance period. This can be overridden by the site setting "Add All Actions". When this setting is enabled, all new actions irrespective of the dates will be added to the new RAR instance
