Overview

My Profile is your personal settings hub in WiredUp where you can manage your account information, preferences, and security settings. Through the My Profile pop-out, you can manage email subscriptions, change your password, set up delegations for approvals, and indicate your unavailability periods. This centralized location gives you control over your personal WiredUp experience and account settings.

Locate and click on your avatar or initial at the top right of the screen. The pop-out will display all your profile settings and options.

View or add a profile picture that will be displayed on your WiredUp account

2. Profile

Click Edit to update your personal details. This will open the profile screen where you can edit your information as needed. Within the screen, you can also generate a new API key

Click Manage to open the E-Mail Subscriptions page. Use the toggle buttons to select or deselect which email notifications you want to receive:

  • Daily To-Do Mailer: Daily summary of your tasks

5. Delegations

Delegations allow other users to handle approvals on your behalf when you're unavailable. You can either view or add delegations from you, or view delegations that are assigned to you.

5. Unavailability

This information is used to inform the system when you cannot complete tasks such as RARs. Your unavailability will be visible to relevant team members and administrators. Use the '+' sign to add an additional unavailability slot.
