Overview
Users are able to make changes to their personal profile using the My profile pop-out.
 | Access your user profile by clicking on the avatar or your inititial at the top right of the screen |
 | Change your profile picture: to add/change your avatar, click on the image section and select your new avatar; the image needs to be 128px by 128px. |
 | User name and email address |
 | Profile: update your details or generate a new API key that can be used to query data from external sources, such as PowerBI; the API key is only visible once and should not be shared for security reasons. (see below) |
 | Email subscriptions: Receive emails for Daily-to-do's, owner, originator of an action or activity |
 | Change your password |
 | Delegations: these delegates will be responsible for approvals on your behalf during the period set specified; delegates to you is the list of delegations assigned to you, making you responsible for approvals. |
 | Unavailability: capture dates you are not available, this is used for users who will not be able to complete any tasks such as RARs. |

 | Person positions - The position allocated to the user |
 | API Key - used for linking data to and from WiredUp |
