Overview
This section allows you to input the KPI Values to determine what data will be displayed on the KPI Chart. KPI Values can be manually inputted or uses can pull in data using our API.
KPI Values
Upon clicking on the KPI Name, the default Chart screen will appear. Click on the three-bar menu that appears to the left most of the screen title to view the Values screen. Upon clicking on the Values option, a screen similar to the below screenshot will display:
Once the screen opens, you can select the Date to which the values will be applied as well as input the Actual value that was recorded for this date. Optionally, you can override the default Baseline and Target values by selecting values for Baseline and Target. In addition, you can enter the forecasted value in the Actuals Forecast Value field.
The rest of the following columns are customisable and users can add or remove them based on their needs:
- To delete a KPI Value, click the bin icon.
- At the bottom of the screen, input the data to be used in the KPI, and then press +Add to include the values in the KPI Values table.
On the screen, you also have the options to Save your changes or Filter on your KPI values screen.
Hint: To set up custom targets, please ensure you have the required permissions.
Remember to click Save at the top right to avoid changes being lost.
Note: WiredUp has now introduced the functionality to use variable Baseline Values for a KPI and when captured, the baseline will be calculated on the same premise as the Actual and Target. The Baseline will be shown as an additional column on the KPI Values screen. In the event no value for the Baseline is captured, the system will use the default Baseline Value, on the KPI Configure Screen.
