Please note the system only activates meeting instances the day before the meeting, as per the specified recurrence rules and start date when the meeting was created.
Should you not be able to locate a meeting instance on the Capture Meetings, you will firstly need to verify that the selected filters are correct? if not, click on the Reset button to clear the filters and filter again.
If you still cannot locate the Meeting instance, you will need to try and access it through the Meetings Schedule.
After clicking on Schedule, you will need to filter for the Meeting series by using the Name, you will then be able to click and active the Meeting instance you need.
