This report combines the What-If Analysis and Goal Seek reports in order to create an interactive version of the Goal Seek report. In this case a single KPI is selected for analysis, along with a desired output value. The respective KPI node’s value is then updated to reflect the input necessary in order to achieve the desired VDT output.
- The selected field’s values will be used as the base values for the tree
- The selected KPI’s input values will be adjusted in order to reach the given target value
- The desired VDT output value
- Re-runs the report using the current input values or adjust by dragging the slider or clicking within the slider range
