This page shows the general information relating to the RAR such as reviewee, reviewer, date, department etc.


  • Meeting Took Place: Check this box to indicate whether the RAR took place.
  • Review Date: Refers to the actual date of the RAR.
  • Report Date: Determines the final report date. (This is a required field).
  • Attachments: Attach any relevant document(s) that may pertain to this specific RAR (e.g. a Medical certificate due to absenteeism).
  • Click the email (  ) button to capture recipients and send the RAR to the them.

Remember to click save if you have made any changes to the RAR document.
