The idea actions are only flagged as yellow (amber) if their due date is within the next 14 days. This setting can be changed by going to Admin > Settings and changing the "Amber Status Due Date Threshold" setting under the Ideas section.

Below are the rules for how the actions are flagged:

• Blue: Action is incomplete, and the due date is after the Amber Status due date threshold
• Amber: Action is incomplete, and the due date is less than or equal to the Amber Status due date threshold
• Red: Action is incomplete, and the due date is in the past
• Green: Action is completed

Please note that the current pipeline will only show the counts for Amber and Red actions.
