Calendars are important for KPIs, Ideas, and RARs. If no calendar is setup and assigned where required, the system will not function correctly.

The calendar can be set up and be used throughout the system, each site can have multiple calendars set up, such as a default as well as a financial calendar. 

Each calendar has working days which is a value entered and a production day which is the calculated days from the start of the month to the end.

Click “Add” at the top of the page to add calendars.

• Click on a calendar name to edit the dates of the selected calendar
• This is useful, for example, when a financial and production calendar are required
• When a new KPI is created, the user can choose a calendar by which the KPI is measured from the calendars loaded here
